Archon ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Archon platform, an AI-powered system prompt generation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

  • User-Generated Content: Prompt text you input into the service, and the system prompts generated as output.

  • Device & Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and referral URLs.

3. How We Process Your Data

When you generate a prompt, the text you provide is sent to third-party LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and/or Google AI) for processing. These providers process the data according to their respective privacy policies. We do not share your personal account information with LLM providers — only the prompt text necessary for generation.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Archon:

  • Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication
  • Anthropic (Claude) — Primary LLM for prompt generation
  • OpenAI — LLM provider for Arena comparison feature
  • Google AI — LLM provider for Arena comparison feature
  • Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Sentry — Error monitoring and performance tracking
  • PostHog — Product analytics (anonymized)
  • Vercel — Application hosting and edge delivery

5. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Authentication cookies: Supabase session tokens to keep you signed in.
  • Locale cookies: To remember your language preference.
  • Analytics cookies: PostHog analytics cookies (can be opted out).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account and associated data, we will process the request and remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
